1. What we keep
Your name, your email address, your photo if you add one, your time zone, and what you make in Ectopulse. Your password is stored scrambled, so nobody can read it, us included.
We also keep a record of changes to your account, like a new email address or a suspension, so you and our staff can see what happened.
2. Payments
Payments go through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach Ectopulse. We keep which plan you're on and a record of your payments.
3. Email
We send email through Resend, and only about your account: confirming your address, resetting your password, and changes to your plan or these pages.
4. Cookies
Ectopulse sets only the cookies that keep you signed in. There's no advertising and no tracking across other sites.
5. When something breaks
If an error happens while you're using Ectopulse, our error tracker records the page and your account's id, so we can fix it. Nothing you typed is sent.
6. Who sees it
Our staff can see your name, email address, account history and plan, to look after the service and the people in it. They never see your password or your card.
7. Your data
You can download a copy of everything from Account at any time, and delete your account there. A deleted account is removed for good 14 days later, except payment records the law requires us to keep.
